She explained storage units and what items would fit in certain sizes. I was having a hard time with things, but she listened and cared enough to help me with this. We set up a time for me to come and look. I didn't realize how far it was away from me until I arrived. Then Lynn did something you never see someone do these days. She helped me a find a storage unit closer to my home. It is one of their sister sites. Lynn even took me out to see what one of the units looked like. She took the time out to help, and I am beyond grateful for her. With everything going on in my life right now, she definitely brought a smile to my face. "I enjoyed this storage unit while i had it. Recent events in my life have caused me to have to cancel, but the facility was clean and secure, and my climate controlled unit was kept nice and warm. Above all else the staff members were very kind. Lynn, in particular, was amazing. The only and biggest gripe i have is the fact that my unit had no lighting inside. A lot of the smaller temperature controlled units dont have lighting, and it's a pretty huge inconvenience and safety hazard. Lynn took all my complaints to management, and management just doesn't seem to care enough to fix the lights. Would recommend, but depending on your unit, make sure you got a good flashlight."
